Event Description:
Two Day Conference and Exposition including a Golf Tournament and Tour of Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute and Marine Biological Laboratory.
The Northeast Energy and Commerce Association and the Connecticut Power and Energy Society are proud to announce our 19th Annual New England Energy Conference and Exposition. This year, the Conference will be held on Monday and Tuesday, May 7 and 8, 2012 at the Sea Crest Beach Hotel in Falmouth, Massachusetts. This event is the energy conference in the Northeast.
We would like to invite you to participate as a ‘Corporate Sponsor’ and/or ‘Exhibitor’ this year. This is an ideal opportunity to learn about current and emerging issues, meet key participants and capture additional business in this rapidly changing market.
The Conference’s agenda is designed to appeal to a broad-ranging audience including generation companies, transmission companies, project developers and operators, utility representatives, load aggregators and end-users, equipment suppliers, finance and legal experts, risk managers, environmental and engineering professionals, commodity traders and wholesalers, as well as government officials and industry regulators. In addition to the informational content of the seminar sessions and exhibitor displays, the Conference has proven to be a great opportunity to meet other attendees and entertain clients. This year we are offering a choice of two pre-conference events: a golf tournamen or a tour of Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute and the Marine Biological Laboratory.
Event Type:
This is a public event which means that members and non-members can register and attend this event.

Exhibitors and Exhibit Space
Exhibits will be set up on May 7 and run through May 8. Exhibit space is limited and is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. The fee per booth is $995.
* Each exhibitor will be provided a 10' wide x 8' deep booth with pipe and drape, one 6' draped table, two folding chairs, carpeting, and a one-line Exhibitor ID sign. Additional items will be available to rent.
* Overflow tabletop exhibits will be available in the foyer. These exhibits will be on 8’ tables without the pipe and drape. If you have an oversized exhibit, please call ASAP and we will try to accommodate you. Register early – we sold out the past three years!
* All attendees from exhibiting companies may attend at the member rate. For the convenience of those providing ‘booth only’ staffing, there is a special ‘meal ticket package’ available.
* Each exhibitor will be mentioned on the NECA and CPES websites as well as the conference website (www.neca-cpesconferences.org). All printed material will contain a list of those signed up at the time of the mailing.
Exhibitors have numerous opportunities to reach the conference attendees. The opening reception will be held in the exhibition hall on the evening of May 7, 2012. In an effort to provide maximum networking time for the exhibitors, the hall will be open from 4:30 PM to 6:45 PM for exhibit viewing and a reception. On May 8, all breaks will be held in the exhibition hall. We will once again have "Bingo" cards that direct attendees to your booth. The card must be stamped at each booth for the attendee to be eligible for prize drawings, including a grand prize valued at $1,000.
Please complete the attached exhibitor form as soon as possible and return it with a $200 non-refundable deposit payable to NECA. Booth spaces will be assigned in the order deposits are received. For more information, please contact Lois Lawson - NECA at (781) 449-5959 or Paul Brady - CPES at (203) 265-0823.
The 19th Annual New England Energy Conference and Exposition promises to be our best event yet. We hope you will join us and become a part of a timely and exciting Conference.
